Rooted in Texas-style barbecue traditions, we add a unique Southern California twist to many of our dishes, giving our customers a taste that’s as familiar as it is bold and refreshing.

Our name, Black Lab Barbecue, is inspired by Brisket - or, Sir Smokey Brisket (yes, that’s actually his full name) - our family’s black Labrador retriever. Brisket is the heart of our family and embodies the warmth and loyalty that we aspire to bring to our customers.
